This webinar is designed to provide an introduction to international protection law and a primer on the Temporary Protection Directive, which gives the holder of the temporary certificate displaced by the war a right to reside for 12 months, and immediate access to the labour market, welfare, health services, education, etc.
The CPD event will be of interest to solicitors who do not regularly practice in the area of immigration law and provide a forum to learn about the Irish legal response to the war in Ukraine.
