the members of the Southern Law Association to a FREE CPD event on
RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN EMPLOYMENT LAW
To be held at the
Imperial Hotel, South Mall
on
Thursday the 11th of May 2023
Registration at 3.30 pm
With CPD from 4 pm to 6 pm
Attendance at this event is a great way for practitioners to get up to date informative presentations from Senior and Junior Counsel employment law specialists.
The event will provide a practical update in respect of:
- bringing and defending employment injunctions,
- changes brought in by the Protected Disclosures Amendment Act 2022 and
- a review of recent awards made by the Labour Court & The Workplace Relations Commission with respect to a variety of different claims such as unfair dismissal and employment equality.
Speakers include Eoin Clifford SC, Sarah Daly BL and Cara Jane Walsh BL with Niamh McGowan BL, Chair of the EBA, chairing the event.
The event takes place in the Imperial Hotel, South Mall on Thursday the 11th of May and is free of charge but pre-registration is required.
Tea/Coffee/Welcome & Registration takes place at 3.30pm with the event commencing at 4pm followed by a drinks reception afterwards.
