Cork Family Lawyers Association will host two lectures as follows :
· Dr Joanna Ralston BL will present a lecture entitled “The Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 – Almost 18 Months On – A Practitioner’s Perspective on Circuit Court Capacity Applications”
Vincent McKechnie BL will present a lecture entitled “Whatever you say, say nothing – self-incrimination in Domestic Violence proceedings”.

The event is free to members of the Cork Family Lawyers Association and a fee of €20 will be payable at the door for non-members.
