The Centre for Law and the Environment at UCC is delighted to host a webinar which will examine selected themes relating to the enforcement of European Union (EU) environmental law. 

Taking place via Zoom on Wednesday 13 October 2021, 3:00-5:30pm, it builds on the success of a previous event which the Centre for Law and the Environment hosted in December 2020.  

The overarching aim is to interrogate how best to deliver effective implementation of this complex and rapidly evolving field of law. 

The webinar will be chaired by The Hon Ms Justice Marie Baker, Supreme Court, with contributors Professor Áine Ryall, Co-Director, Centre for Law & the Environment UCC (Convenor); Sibylle Grohs, Team Leader, Enforcement Unit, DG ENV, European Commission; Tom Flynn BL, Law Library; and Suzanne Murray BL, Law Library.
