On Wednesday 21 October 2020: Following the Government announcement of the decision to move the entire country to Level 5 on the National Framework from midnight tonight, the Judiciary and the Courts Service continue to ensure every effort is made to keep courts open and safe, prioritising access to justice of critical and essential court services.
