Dear Practitioners,
In light of the latest Covid 19 Level 5 announcement, the following will apply to the weekly District Court civil list for Cork City & scheduled for each Friday in Washington Street Courthouse.
Tomorrows scheduled list (Friday 8/1/21) will be called over on Friday 15/1/21 at 10.30am in Court 6 by Judge Colm Roberts. There will be no District Civil Court sitting tomorrow.
From Friday, 15th January, the scheduled list will be called over at 10.30am in Court 6 Washington Street. It is intended that short matters ONLY such as infant rulings, short licensing applications and matters that have settled will be dealt with. It would be very much appreciated if matters could be grouped together so that just one legal representative could be present in court.
Financial matters and Rates matters & matters for hearing will be adjourned at the callover of the list
All small claims hearings are adjourned generally and a new date will issue in due course.
If any matter for hearing is urgent please e-mail this office – corkwashingtonstreet@courts.ie (marking it for either my attention or Batt Joyce) and we can discuss it further with you.
